There are many ways to reach popular Samui Island; you can take a flight from Bangkok International Airport which is served by Bangkok Airways which operates frequent 50 minute flights daily from Bangkok International Airport with its fleet of modern ATR aircraft. There are also flights to and from Singapore, Hong Kong, Chiang Mai, Phuket and U-Tapao(Pattaya).

You can either travel by the night train from Hualamphong, the Bangkok railway station or catch a VIP bus from the well-known Khao San Road or from the Southern bus terminal at Boromrat Chonnani Road directly to Suratthani and take the fastest ferry further to Samui Island by Seatran or Raja Ferry.
